Retirement Age in 2022 According to the Labor Code 2019
Article 169 of the Labor Code 2019 (effective January 1, 2021) stipulates:
The retirement age of employees under normal working conditions will be adjusted gradually until reaching 62 years of age for male workers by 2028 and 60 years of age for female workers by 2035.
Starting from 2021, the retirement age of employees under normal working conditions will be 60 years and 3 months for male workers and 55 years and 4 months for female workers; thereafter, each year, the retirement age will increase by 3 months for male workers and 4 months for female workers.
According to the 2019 Labor Code, under normal working conditions, your uncle will be eligible for retirement at 60 years and 6 months of age.
