Responsibilities of the Ministry of Education and Training under the Digital Transformation Program in Vocational Education until 2030
Pursuant to Subsection 5, Section IV, Article 1 of Decision 2222/QD-TTg dated 2021, the responsibilities of the Ministry of Education and Training are stipulated as follows:

Connect and share training education data with the vocational education database.
Responsibilities of Ministries, Central Authorities, and Related Agencies under the Digital Transformation Program in Vocational Education until 2030
According to Subsection 6, Section IV, Article 1 of Decision 2222/QD-TTg dated 2021, the responsibilities of ministries, central authorities, and related agencies are stipulated as follows;
- Ministries, Central Authorities, and Related Agencies
a) Based on the content of the Program, specify, and allocate funding for implementation in annual programs and plans; direct vocational education institutions under their management to implement related contents of the Program in accordance with conformity.
b) According to function and duty, take the lead in cooperation with related agencies to implement the contents of the Program.
c) Inspect and evaluate the implementation of the Program annually and periodically, compile, and report the results of implementation in line with the Program's objectives, and submit them to the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs for compilation and reporting to the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam.
Responsibilities of Provincial People's Committees under the Digital Transformation Program in Vocational Education until 2030
Pursuant to Subsection 7, Section IV, Article 1 of Decision 2222/QD-TTg dated 2021, the responsibilities of Provincial People's Committees and centrally-run cities are stipulated as follows:
- Provincial People's Committees, centrally-run cities
a) Based on the content of the Program, specify, and allocate funding for implementation in annual programs and plans; direct vocational education institutions under their management to implement related contents of the Program in accordance with conformity.
b) According to function and duty, take the lead in cooperation with related agencies to implement the contents of the Program.
c) Inspect and evaluate the implementation of the Program annually and periodically, compile, and report the results of implementation in line with the Program's objectives, and submit them to the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs for compilation and reporting to the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam.
