Report on the Situation of Employing Foreign Workers for Which Authority?

Based on the provisions of Clause 1, Article 6 of Decree 152/2020/ND-CP (effective from February 15, 2021):

Before July 5 and January 5 of the following year, foreign employers must submit semi-annual and annual reports on the employment of foreign workers in accordance with Form No. 07/PLI, Appendix I, issued with this Decree. The reporting period for semi-annual data is calculated from December 15 of the year preceding the reporting period to June 14 of the reporting year, while the annual reporting period is calculated from December 15 of the year preceding the reporting period to December 14 of the reporting year.

Additionally, according to the content of Form No. 07/PLI, Appendix I, issued with this Decree, annually, the enterprise shall carry out the report on the employment of foreign workers to the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs according to the aforementioned schedule.
