Rejoining the Trade Union after Leaving: Is It Possible?
Clause 2, Article 11 of the Charter of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour promulgated together with Decision 174/QD-TLD in 2020 stipulates as follows:
Members who have left the labor union, if they wish to rejoin the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour, must submit an application to rejoin the union, which will be reviewed by the superior union for re-admission.
In case of leaving the union and wanting to rejoin, an application to rejoin the union must be submitted and considered for re-admission by the superior union.
