Regional Minimum Wage in Hai Chau District, Da Nang City: How Much Is It?
According to the Appendix on the List of Localities Applying Regional Minimum Wage Levels from January 1, 2020, issued together with Decree 90/2019/ND-CP, Hai Chau District, Da Nang City belongs to Region II.
Item b Clause 1 Article 3 of this Decree also stipulates the regional minimum wage applicable to employees working in enterprises as follows:
A wage of 3,920,000 VND/month, applicable to enterprises operating in localities belonging to Region II.
Thus, the regional minimum wage in Hai Chau District, Da Nang City is 3,920,000 VND/month for regular workers.
Note that for workers who have completed vocational training, the minimum wage must be at least 7% higher than 3,920,000 VND/month.
