Prohibited Acts in Vocational Training Activities
In Article 9 of the Vocational Training Law 2006, the following prohibited acts in vocational training activities are stipulated:
Exploiting vocational training activities for profiteering and abusing labor.
Offending the honor, dignity, infringing upon the body of teachers, management staff, employees of vocational training institutions, and vocational trainees.
Fraud in admissions, examinations, testing, issuance of diplomas, and vocational certificates.
Note: Vocational training consists of three educational levels: elementary vocational training, intermediate vocational training, and college vocational training. Vocational training includes formal vocational training and regular vocational training.
