Procedure for Trade Union Participation in Resolving Complaints
According to Article 14 of the Regulations on the Settlement and Participation of the Trade Union in the Resolution of Complaints and Denunciations issued together with Decision 333/QD-TLD in 2020, the procedure for the trade union's participation in resolving complaints is prescribed as follows:
- Receive, review, and categorize petitions.
- If the complaint petition has legal validity, research and investigate the case, find legal grounds to participate with the competent authority and the employer using appropriate content and methods such as: Propaganda, mobilization, persuasion, organizing dialogues, reconciliation, transferring petitions and recommendations for resolution, coordinating participation in resolution...
- Monitor and supervise the resolution process, if not satisfied with the resolution results, continue to recommend to the immediate superior authority or organization for review and resolution.
