Section 1 Article 31 Decree 145/2020/ND-CP (Effective from February 01, 2021) stipulates the responsibilities of labor outsourcing enterprises include:
Publicly posting the original license at the head office and an authenticated copy of the original license at the branches and representative offices (if any) of the outsourcing enterprise. In case of operating in a different provincial area, the outsourcing enterprise must send an authenticated copy of the license to the local Department of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs for monitoring and management.
Therefore, at the branch of the outsourcing company, a publicly posted authenticated copy of the original labor outsourcing license is required.
