Pass the Preschool Teacher Exam but Incomplete Document Submission - Will the Results be Annulled?

Based on the provisions stipulated in Clause 1, Article 17 of Decree 115/2020/ND-CP:

Within 30 days from the date the recruitment results are announced, the successful candidate must go to the competent recruiting agency or unit to complete the recruitment dossier. The recruitment dossier includes:

- Copies of diplomas, certificates as required for the applied job position, certification of preferential treatment (if any);

In case the successful candidate has a professional graduation certificate that meets the output standards for foreign languages and computer skills according to the regulations corresponding to the requirements of the applied job position, it can be used to replace foreign language and computer certificates.

- Judicial record issued by a competent authority.

According to this provision, from the date of receiving the recruitment announcement, you must complete the public employee recruitment dossier as required in the announcement within 30 days.

Clause 2 of this Article also stipulates:

In the event that the successful candidate does not complete the recruitment dossier as prescribed or commits fraud in declaring the Recruitment Registration Form or is found to be using non-compliant diplomas, certificates, or certifications to participate in the recruitment exam, the head of the competent public employee recruiting agency or unit will issue a decision to cancel the recruitment result.
