Regional Minimum Wage from January 1, 2008 (Legal Document Decree 167/2007/ND-CP)
- The rate of 620,000 VND/month applies to enterprises operating in districts of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
- The rate of 580,000 VND/month applies to enterprises operating in districts of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City; districts of Hai Phong City; Ha Long City of Quang Ninh Province; Bien Hoa City, district-level town Long Khanh, Nhon Trach, Long Thanh, Vinh Cuu, and Trang Bom districts of Dong Nai Province; district-level town Thu Dau Mot, districts of Thuan An, Di An, Ben Cat, and Tan Uyen of Binh Duong Province; Vung Tau City of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province.
- The rate of 540,000 VND/month applies to enterprises operating in the remaining areas.

- Areas stipulated in Appendix I attached to Decree 108/2010/ND-CP are implemented from January 1, 2011.
- Areas with adjusted regional minimum wage rates stipulated in Appendix II attached to Decree 108/2010/ND-CP are implemented from July 1, 2011.
