Candidates registering for the exam must submit their applications in person or via postal services. Late submissions will not be accepted. For postal submissions, the postmark date will be used.

Who are given priority points when recruiting officials by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vietnam?
Subsection 4, Section 2 of Announcement 1250/TB-BVHTTDL in 2024 stipulates the groups entitled to priority points when recruiting officials to the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism:
- Heroes of the Armed Forces, Labor Heroes, war invalids, those benefiting from policies like war invalids, type B war invalids: 7.5 points added to the result of round 2.
- Ethnic minorities, military officers, police officers, professional servicemen returning to civilian life, those working in cryptographic services transferring to new sectors, graduates of reserve officer training, graduates of the military chief training course of the communal military command sector awarded the rank of reserve officer, children of martyrs, children of war invalids, children of patients, children benefiting from the policies of war invalids, children of type B war invalids, biological children of those who participated in the resistance and were exposed to toxic chemicals, children of Heroes of the Armed Forces, children of Labor Heroes: 5 points added to the result of round 2.
- Those completing military service, participating in People’s Public Security, Youth volunteers: 2.5 points added to the result of round 2.
In cases where a candidate belongs to multiple priority groups, only the highest priority points will be added to the result of round 2.
