Section 1, Article 101 of the 2019 Labor Code stipulates salary advances as follows:
An employee is entitled to a salary advance under conditions agreed upon by both parties, and no interest is charged.
Accordingly, the salary advance and the amount advanced are to be agreed upon by the employee and the company; the law does not specify how much salary can be advanced.
Therefore, you may be able to advance 4 million VND for train ticket purchase if mutually agreed with the company.
