If Employees Are Terminated by the Company, Are They Entitled to Payment for Unused Annual Leave?
According to the provisions of Clause 3, Article 113 of the 2019 Labor Code, in cases of termination of employment or job loss where the employee has not taken annual leave or has not taken all the annual leave days, the employer must compensate with payment for the unutilized leave days.
