How are the Costs for General Medical Practice Instruction Determined?
According to Article 9 of Circular 21/2020/TT-BYT regulating practice instruction costs as follows:
Practice instruction establishments shall independently determine practice instruction costs based on the principle of accurate and sufficient cost calculation to provide practice instruction on a cost-recovery basis; the accounting, collection, expenditure, and settlement must comply with legal regulations.
Practice instruction establishments must publicly announce the practice instruction costs on the official website of the practice instruction establishment.
Practice instruction establishments must inform individuals requiring practice instruction of the practice instruction costs and clearly specify them in the practice contract for medical examination and treatment according to Form 02 specified in Appendix V of Decree 109/2016/ND-CP.
