How are Exam Papers and Draft Papers Regulated in Official Recruitment?
Based on Article 24 of the Regulations on the organization of competitive examinations for officials and public employees, promotion examinations for officials, or tests to upgrade the professional title of public employees issued together with Circular 6/2020/TT-BNV, the regulations on exam papers and draft papers are as follows:
For written exam format: The exam papers are pre-printed according to the prescribed form decided by the Chairman of the Council, with the signatures of the invigilators in the examination room.
For multiple-choice exam format on paper: Candidates complete the exam on the Multiple-choice Answer Sheet decided by the Chairman of the Council, with the signatures of the invigilators in the examination room.
Draft paper: A uniform type of draft paper is used, issued by the Council, with the invigilator's signature in the examination room.
