Holiday Pay for Employees
According to Clause 1(e) of Article 115 of the Labor Code 2012:
Employees are entitled to take time off work with full pay on National Day for 1 day (September 2 according to the Gregorian calendar);
Clause 9 of Article 1 of Decree 148/2018/ND-CP stipulates:
The salary used as the basis for paying employees during public holidays and Tet holidays as prescribed in Article 115 of the Labor Code is:
"The salary according to the labor contract divided by the number of normal working days in the month as prescribed by the employer, multiplied by the number of annual leave days, additional annual leave days based on seniority, public holidays, Tet holidays, personal leave with pay."
