Failure to Complete Assigned Tasks Results in Extended Duration for Receiving Seniority Allowance Beyond the Framework?
At Clause 2, Article 2 of Circular 03/2021/TT-BNV amending policies on regular salary increases, early salary increases, and policies on seniority allowances exceeding the framework for officials and public employees and workers, it is stipulated:
Officials and public employees and workers, if they do not complete the assigned tasks annually or are disciplined in any form such as reprimand, warning, demotion, or dismissal, then for each year of not completing the assigned tasks or being disciplined, the time for considering the seniority allowance exceeding the framework will be extended as prescribed in Clause 5, Article 1 of this Circular regarding the extension of the time for regular salary increases.
=> Therefore, according to the above provision, in cases where officials and public employees and workers do not complete assigned tasks annually, the time for considering the seniority allowance exceeding the framework will be correspondingly extended for each year of not completing the assigned tasks as stipulated.
