Duties and rights of learners at vocational education institutions
According to Article 60 of the 2014 Vocational Education Law, the duties and rights of learners at vocational education institutions are stipulated as follows:
Study and train according to the regulations of the vocational education operational institution.
Respect educators, management staff, public employees, and workers at the vocational education operational institution; promote solidarity, and assist one another in study and training.
Participate in labor and social activities, environmental protection activities, and activities for the protection of security, order, crime prevention, and social evils.
Be respected and treated equally without discrimination based on gender, ethnicity, religion, origin, and be fully provided with information regarding study and training.
Be facilitated in studying, participating in production, business, and service activities, cultural, physical, and sports activities.
Enjoy policies applicable to learners belonging to priority groups and social policies.
Other duties and rights in accordance with the law.
