Department of Labor Reports on the Situation of Foreign Labor Utilization at What Time?

Based on the provisions of Clause 2, Article 6 of Decree 152/2020/ND-CP (effective from February 15, 2021):

Before July 15 and January 15 of the following year or as urgently requested, the Department of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs is responsible for reporting to the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs on the status of foreign workers working in the locality, according to Form No. 08/PLI Appendix I issued with this Decree. The deadline for reporting data for the first six months and annually is to be in accordance with the regulations of the Government of Vietnam on the reporting policies of state administrative agencies.

Thus, annually, the Department of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs sends a report on the status of foreign labor usage to the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs before July 15 and January 15 of the following year or reports when there is an urgent request.
