Definition of Working Hours for Employees at Production Positions in Underground Mines
According to Clauses 1 and 2, Article 3 of Circular 04/2021/TT-BCT, the regulation is as follows:
The working shift of an underground worker is the period from the time they begin their duties at the shift handover house until they return to the industrial yard on the mine's surface after completing their work, including:
- The time spent receiving duties, the time travelling from the shift handover house to the production site and back to the industrial yard on the mine's surface (including the time the worker travels from the tunnel entrance to the assigned production site in the underground mine and vice versa);
- Working hours of the worker at the production site in the underground mine.
In this context, the working hours of the worker at the production site in the underground mine is the period during which the worker directly performs the assigned duties at the production site in the underground mine until the work is completed at the work site, including any breaks during working hours.
Respectfully!
