Brokerage Fee Ceiling for Contracts Sending Vietnamese Workers Abroad
Based on Article 7 of Circular 21/2021/TT-BLDTBXH, the brokerage fee ceiling for contracts sending Vietnamese workers abroad is as follows:
The brokerage fee ceiling under brokerage contracts is agreed upon between the service enterprise and the intermediary organization or individual but shall not exceed 0.5 months of the worker's contractual salary for every 12 months of work. In the case of labor contracts lasting 36 months or more, the brokerage fee ceiling shall not exceed 1.5 months of the worker's contractual salary.
The brokerage fee ceiling for specific markets, sectors, occupations, and jobs is specified in Appendix X attached to this Circular.
