Can a Girlfriend Visit Someone After Rehab?

According to Clause 2, Article 11 of Circular 21/2010/TT-BLDTBXH, the following family and kinship relationships with the individual after rehabilitation are permitted to visit the individual after rehabilitation:

- Grandparents (including maternal and paternal);

- Parents (including adoptive parents, stepmother, stepfather, mother-in-law, father-in-law);

- Spouse, children (including adopted children, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law);

- Maternal and paternal uncles, aunts, maternal and paternal aunts, siblings, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Therefore, according to the regulations, even if you and the individual after rehabilitation are about to get married, you are still not allowed to visit at the mandatory rehabilitation facility.
