Areas and jobs that workers are not permitted to undertake overseas
According to Article 3 of Decree 38/2020/ND-CP guiding the Law on Vietnamese Workers Working Abroad under Contracts, the following provisions are stipulated:
Areas and jobs where workers are not allowed to work abroad:
Areas currently experiencing warfare or at risk of warfare, areas contaminated by radiation, areas with toxic contamination, areas experiencing particularly dangerous epidemics.
A list of jobs where workers are not allowed to work abroad as detailed in Appendix I issued with this Decree.
