Allowance Rates for the Standing Secretary General of the Central Youth Union from July 1, 2019

Based on the provisions in Clause 8, Article 4 of Resolution 70/2018/QH14, the new statutory pay rate from July 1, 2019, is 1.49 million VND.

According to the regulations in Table 3 (Serial number 3) of Decision 128/QD-TW of 2004 regarding salary policies for officials and public employees in the agencies of the Communist Party, the Front, and mass organizations issued by the Head of the National Wage Steering Committee, the coefficient for calculating the allowance of the Standing Secretary of the Central Youth Union is 1.20.

Based on the above regulations, the allowance for the Standing Secretary of the Central Youth Union from July 1, 2019, will be: 1,788,000 VND.
