Allowance Levels for Vice Chairpersons of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (Local) from July 1, 2019
Pursuant to the provision stipulated in Clause 8, Article 4 of Resolution 70/2018/QH14, the new statutory pay rate from July 1, 2019, is 1.49 million VND.
According to Table 5 (Order number 3) of Decision 128/QD-TW of 2004 regarding salary policies for officials and public employees of the Communist Party, the Fatherland Front, and mass organizations issued by the Head of the State Wage Committee, the coefficient for calculating the allowance for Vice Chairman of the Fatherland Front (local) is stipulated as follows:
- Special metropolitan cities Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City: 0.80 => Allowance will be: 1,192,000 VND.
- Grade I urban areas, remaining provinces, centrally-run cities: 0.70 => Allowance will be: 1,043,000 VND.
- Cities within provinces that are Grade II urban areas: 0.30 => Allowance will be: 447,000 VND.
- Cities within provinces that are Grade III urban areas, districts of Hanoi, districts of Ho Chi Minh City: 0.25 => Allowance will be: 372,500 VND.
- Counties, district-level towns, and other remaining districts: 0.20 => Allowance will be: 298,000 VND.
The above is the stipulation on the allowance level for Vice Chairman of the Fatherland Front (local) from July 1, 2019. For further understanding of this matter, you should refer to Decision 128/QD-TW of 2004.
