Allowance Levels for the Chairman of the Farmers' Union from July 01, 2019

Pursuant to the provisions of Clause 8, Article 4 of Resolution 70/2018/QH14, the new statutory pay rate effective from July 1, 2019, is 1.49 million VND.

According to Table 5 (Order No. 2) of Decision 128/QD-TW of 2004 regarding salary policies for officials and public employees of the Communist Party, Fatherland Front, and mass organizations issued by the Head of the State Wage Steering Committee, the coefficient for calculating the allowance for the Chairman of the Farmers' Union is stipulated as follows:

- Special class municipalities in Hanoi City, Ho Chi Minh City: 1.00 => Allowance will be: 1,490,000 VND.

- Class I municipalities, remaining provinces, centrally governed cities: 0.90 => Allowance will be: 1,341,000 VND.

- Cities under provinces that are Class I urban areas: 0.50 => Allowance will be: 745,000 VND. (This section is supplemented by Point b (Order No. 2) Clause 4 Article 1 of Decision 275-QD/TW of 2009)

- Cities under provinces that are Class II urban areas: 0.50 => Allowance will be: 745,000 VND.

- Cities under provinces that are Class III urban areas, districts of Hanoi, districts of Ho Chi Minh City: 0.40 => Allowance will be: 596,000 VND.

- Districts, district-level towns, and remaining districts: 0.30 => Allowance will be: 447,000 VND.
