Allowance Levels for Deputy Heads, Deputy Chief Officers of Central Mass Organizations and Equivalent From July 1, 2019

Pursuant to the provisions of Clause 8 Article 4 of Resolution 70/2018/QH14, the new statutory pay rate from July 1, 2019, is 1.49 million VND.

According to the provisions in Table 3 (Serial Number 7) of Decision 128/QD-TW in 2004 regarding salary policies for officials and public employees of the Communist Party, the Fatherland Front, and mass organizations issued by the Head of the State Salary Steering Committee, the coefficient for calculating the allowance of the Deputy Head, Deputy Chief of the Office of the Fatherland Front and Central Mass Organizations and equivalent positions is 0.80.

Based on the above provisions, the allowance for the Deputy Head, Deputy Chief of the Office of the Fatherland Front and Central Mass Organizations and equivalent positions from July 1, 2019, will be: 1,192,000 VND.
