Allowance Levels for Deputy Chairman of the Inspection Committee from July 1, 2019

Pursuant to the provisions of Clause 8, Article 4 of Resolution 70/2018/QH14, the new statutory pay rate from July 1, 2019, is 1.49 million VND.

And according to Table 4 (Serial number 6) in Decision 128/QD-TW of 2004 on salary policies for officials and public employees of the Communist Party, the Front, and mass organizations issued by the Head of the State Wage Steering Committee, the coefficient to calculate the allowance for the Deputy Head of the Inspection Committee is stipulated as follows:

- Special urban areas of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City: 0.80 => The allowance will be: 1,192,000 VND.

- Grade I urban areas, remaining provinces, and centrally-governed cities: 0.70 => The allowance will be: 1,043,000 VND.

- Cities within provinces classified as Grade I urban areas: 0.30 => The allowance will be: 447,000 VND. (This item is supplemented by Point c (Serial number 6) Clause 3, Article 1 of Decision 275-QD/TW of 2009)

- Cities in provinces classified as Grade II urban areas: 0.30 => The allowance will be: 447,000 VND.

- Cities in provinces classified as Grade III urban areas, districts in Hanoi, districts in Ho Chi Minh City: 0.25 => The allowance will be: 372,500 VND.

- District-level towns and other remaining districts: 0.20 => The allowance will be: 298,000 VND.
