Hi , I'm on probationary period at a company, may I ask if after the probationary period, is it certain that the employee will receive a job in Vietnam?

Clause 1 Article 27 of the Labor Code 2019 provides as follows:
1. Upon the expiry of the probationary period, the employer shall inform the employee of the probation result.
If the result is satisfactory, the employer shall keep implementing the concluded employment contract, if there is one, or conclude the employment contract.
If the result is not satisfactory, the employer may terminate the concluded employment contract or the probation contract.
Thus, it is not certain to receive a job after probation. You will be notified of the probationary results, if the probationary results are satisfactory, you will receive an official job in Vietnam.
Is the probationary salary in Vietnam determined by the employee?
In Article 26 of the Labor Code 2019, there are provisions as follows:
The probationary salary shall be negotiated by both parties and shall not be lower than 85% of the offered salary.
Thus, probation salary will not be decided by employees, the salary will be decided based on the agreement of the employee and the employer in Vietnam.
Will the probationary period apply to all jobs in Vietnam?
Clause 3 Article 24 of the Labor Code 2019 provides as follows:
3. Probation is not allowed if the employee works under an employment contract with a duration of less than 01 month.
Thus, the probation issue does not have to be applied to all jobs, if the jobs are contracted for less than 01 month, the probation will not be applied in Vietnam.
