Inspection of project budget values: Inspect the conformity of construction work quantities, types, and quantities of equipment in the budget compared to the quantities, types, and quantities of equipment calculated from the construction design and technology; standards, unit prices, and surcharges must be correctly applied per regulatory policies. Inspect the sequence, procedures, and authority when making budget adjustments; the construction project budget must not exceed the total investment level.
Therefore, for the state-funded construction investment project mentioned above, the state audit's inspection of the budget value will include all the contents listed above.
