Based on Sub-section 3, Section V of Decision 633/QD-TTg in 2022:
3. Training Institutions and Professional Organizations
a) Innovate curricula, textbooks, training methods, and capacity-building programs for staff, students, and professional titles in accounting and auditing in line with policies, standards, and accounting principles.
b) Collaborate with the Ministry of Finance in researching and developing documents, Vietnam's accounting standards, and ethical standards in the accounting and auditing profession; coordinate the implementation of legislative documents in the field of accounting and auditing.
c) Professional organizations shall provide training and update knowledge for accountants and practicing accountants. Participate in organizing exams for accounting and auditing certificates as regulated by the Ministry of Finance. Coordinate with the Ministry of Finance to inspect and control the quality of accounting services when required.
Responsibilities of Enterprises, Economic Organizations, Agencies, Entities in Accounting and Auditing by 2030
Based on Sub-section 4, Section V of Decision 633/QD-TTg in 2022:
4. Enterprises, Economic Organizations, Agencies, Entities
a) Collaborate in researching and adopting international practices in accounting and auditing, and actively participate in the research and development of documents and corporate accounting standards.
b) Strictly implement legal regulations on accounting and auditing according to their fields of operation; promptly reflect any obstacles and difficulties and actively participate in the research and drafting process of documents, standards, and corporate accounting policies.
