Responsibilities for Reporting Onlent Loans from ODA Funds, Preferential Foreign Loans by Relevant Units

Based on Article 38 of Circular 99/2021/TT-BTC (effective from January 1, 2022), the responsibility for reporting on re-lending from ODA funds and foreign concessional loans of the related units is stipulated as follows:

- The People's Committees of provinces, centrally-run cities, and re-lending agencies are responsible for providing information on the re-lending situation to the Ministry of Finance (Department of Debt Management and External Finance) for the purpose of compiling reports on re-lending from ODA loans and foreign concessional loans.

- The forms, deadlines, procedures for preparing, and sending reports on re-lending from ODA loans and foreign concessional loans are specified in a Circular issued by the Minister of Finance that guides the reporting templates on re-lending from ODA loans and foreign concessional loans of the Government of Vietnam.
