Responsibilities, Authority, and Responsibilities of the Deputy Head of the State Audit Team as Prescribed?

Tasks, Powers, and Responsibilities of the Deputy Chief of the State Audit Delegation are outlined in Article 13 of Decision 03/2020/QD-KTNN. Specifically:

- Fulfill the tasks, powers, and responsibilities prescribed in Point k, Clause 1; Points i, k, Clause 2; Points e, g, h, i, m, Clause 3 of Article 12 of this Regulation.

- Assist the Chief of the Audit Delegation in performing tasks as assigned by the Chief of the Audit Delegation and be accountable to the Chief of the Audit Delegation for the assigned tasks and individual responsibilities prescribed by law.

- In the case of concurrently holding the position of Group Leader of the Audit Team, in addition to the provisions of Clauses 1 and 2 of this Article, they must perform the tasks, powers, and responsibilities of the Group Leader of the Audit Team as prescribed in Article 14 of this Regulation.
