Officers and Employees of the State Audit Sector Ia

In Article 6 of the Working Regulations of the State Audit Office of Vietnam for Specialized Sector Ia, issued with Decision 1561/QD-KTNN in 2018, the regulations for officials and employees of the State Audit Office of Vietnam for Specialized Sector Ia are as follows:

- Officials and employees shall exercise their rights and obligations as stipulated by the law regarding officials and relevant documents.

- Responsibilities of officials and employees:

+ Strictly comply and proactively carry out assigned tasks; resolve work within the deadlines, ensure quality, adhere to process handling; take personal responsibility before the law and direct management for the progress, quality, and effectiveness of the assigned tasks;

+ Coordinate with other relevant officials and employees to resolve work; report to the Head of the Department or the directly responsible Leader of KTNN CNIa about the task execution results and any differing opinions, matters beyond authority, newly arising issues, or obstacles during the task execution process;

+ Proactively research and propose measures to enhance the effectiveness of assigned tasks and other related work (if any);

+ Officials and employees who are absent from the office for personal reasons for less than one working day must report to the Head of the Department, and for an absence of one working day or more must obtain approval from the Chief Auditor;

+ Strictly comply with the current legal provisions, rules, regulations of the agency, unit, and directives of direct management.
