Dossier and Procedures for Handling Work of Specialized State Audit of Vietnam Ia
According to Article 13 of the Working Regulations of the State Audit of Specialized Sector Ia issued in conjunction with Decision 1561/QD-KTNN in 2018, the records and procedures for submitting and resolving tasks of the State Audit of Specialized Sector Ia are stipulated as follows:
- The records for task resolution submission include:
- The proposal report;
- Draft documents, reports, programs, plans;
- Participation opinions of relevant departments and the explanatory and receptive report of the submitting unit (if any);
- Documents or opinions appraising the reports and documents as per regulations (if any);
- Other necessary documents.
- Procedures for submission to the Leadership of the State Audit of Specialized Sector Ia for task resolution:
- The proposal report for the Chief Auditor and Deputy Chief Auditor must be signed by the Head of the Department;
- The department leadership signing the proposal report must initial on the draft document and be responsible before the Leadership of the State Audit of Specialized Sector Ia for the content of that document;
- For issues related to the functions and tasks of other departments or requiring coordinated resolution, the submission records must include official written opinions from the relevant departments.
