- Foreign cars registered abroad with the steering wheel on the right participating in traffic in Vietnam, foreign motor vehicles brought into Vietnam by foreigners for tourism must be permitted by the competent authority.
- The licensing agency for foreign cars registered abroad with the steering wheel on the right participating in traffic in Vietnam, foreign motor vehicles brought into Vietnam by foreigners for tourism will notify the immigration management agency immediately.
- The circulation of foreign cars registered abroad with the steering wheel on the right participating in traffic in Vietnam, foreign motor vehicles brought into Vietnam by foreigners for tourism is regulated as follows:
