According to Section VII, Appendix No. 1, Health Standards Table for Drivers issued together with Joint Circular 24/2015/TTLT-BYT-BGTVT, the regulations are as follows:
If a driver falls under any of the following cases, they will not be eligible to drive a Class B1 vehicle.
V: Cardiology Specialty:
+ Second-degree atrioventricular block or bradycardia with accompanying clinical symptoms (even if treated but not stable).
+ Heart failure of grade III or higher (according to the classification of the New York Heart Association - NYHA).
*** individuals suffering from the aforementioned conditions will not be eligible to drive a Class B1 vehicle (not meeting the health requirements to take the Class B1 driving license test).***
