According to Clause 1, Article 78 of Decree No. 58/2017/ND-CP, the agency performing procedures for foreign vessels transiting Vietnam to Cambodia and vice versa is stipulated as follows:
Foreign vessels transiting Vietnam to Cambodia via the Tien River shall be overseen by the Vung Tau Maritime Administration, in cooperation with relevant functional agencies, to perform procedures as prescribed in this Decree and other relevant legal provisions.
Thus, in the case of foreign vessels transiting Vietnam to Cambodia via the Tien River, the procedures will be overseen by the Vung Tau Maritime Administration and relevant functional agencies.
