When will an inland waterway terminal be upgraded to an inland waterway port?
Paragraph 1, Article 23 of Decree 08/2021/ND-CP stipulates:
An inland waterway terminal may be upgraded to an inland waterway port if it meets the following conditions:
- The inland waterway terminal has been announced for operation;
- It conforms to the plans approved by the competent authority.
If these 02 conditions are met, the inland waterway terminal will be upgraded to an inland waterway port.
