The tasks to be carried out to ensure safety when vehicles enter the station are stipulated in Clause 1, Article 6 of Circular 12/2020/TT-BGTVT. To be specific:
Station staff and drivers must perform the following tasks:
- Check and confirm that the vehicle has been authorized by the competent authority to operate at the station and verify the arrival of the vehicle (applicable to passenger stations);
- Guide the driver to bring the vehicle to the correct location for passenger drop-off, cargo unloading; update information into the station management software as per regulations;
- Guide the driver to bring the vehicle to the correct stopping position as stipulated at the station.
