What Must Bus Station Employees Do When a Bus Enters the Station?

According to Clause 1, Article 6 of Circular 12/2020/TT-BGTVT, when a passenger vehicle enters the station, the station staff must perform the following tasks:

- Inspect and verify that the vehicle has been authorized by the competent authority to operate transportation at the station and confirm the arrival of the vehicle at the station (applicable to passenger vehicle stations);

- Guide the driver to park the vehicle in the correct position for passenger drop-off and cargo unloading; update the information in the station management software as prescribed;

- Guide the driver to park the vehicle in the correct stopping and parking position as regulated at the station.

The above are the tasks that passenger vehicle station staff must perform when a vehicle enters the station.
