What is the procedure for applying for a license to open a Type 3 Driving Training Center?

According to Clause 2, Article 22 of Decree 65/2016/ND-CP, the procedure for applying for permits is clearly stated, specifically:

1. Dossier.

- Construction permit (copy enclosed with the original for comparison or certified copy);

- General layout drawing, design dossier of test course dimensions, type of motor vehicle used for testing.

2. Place of submission.

Department of Transport.

3. Method of submission

After completing the construction of the driving test center, organizations or individuals submit 01 dossier set directly or via postal service.

4. Time for resolution.

Within no more than 05 working days from the date of receipt of the complete dossier as prescribed, the Department of Transport shall organize inspection and issue the certificate. In the case of non-issuance, a written response stating the reasons must be provided.
