Clause 1, Article 28 of Decree 08/2021/ND-CP stipulates:
Setting up inland waterway signals is the act of agencies, organizations, or individuals installing signals on inland waterways, at the location of structures, obstacles, and areas with activities affecting the safety of inland waterway traffic. The signals set up must comply with the national technical standards for inland waterway signals of Vietnam.
The above is the definition of setting up inland waterway signals as stipulated in this Decree.
