What goods loaded onto a motorbike are considered to exceed the prescribed limit in Vietnam? How much is the fine for goods loaded onto a motorbike in excess of the prescribed limit in Vietnam?

I often carry goods by motorbike, but I don't know how to load goods on a motorbike is considered to exceed the limit and what is penalty? Please advise.

1. What goods loaded onto a motorbike are considered to exceed the prescribed limit in Vietnam?
