Pursuant to Appendix C Meaning - Use of dangerous and warning signs issued together with National Technical Regulation QCVN 41:2019/BGTVT on Road signs regulations on Slow signs and their usage Slowly as follows:

C.45 License plate W.245 (a,b) "Slow"

Used to remind drivers to slow down, place license plate W.245 (a,b) "Slow". The sign is placed in an appropriate position before reaching the road requiring slow driving.

For foreign routes, it is mandatory to use license plate W.245b.

C.46 License plate W.246 (a,b,c) "Traffic obstruction ahead"

Used to warn the driver that there is an obstacle ahead, the vehicle needs to slow down and follow the instructions on the sign, place license plate W.246a "Traffic obstruction ahead -  may pass on either side", sign number W.246b "Traffic obstruction ahead - pass on the left" and license plate W.246c "Traffic obstruction ahead - pass on the right". This sign is placed in the appropriate position before reaching the road. there are obstacles.

According to regulations Appendix C Meaning - Use of dangerous and warning signs issued together with National Technical Regulation QCVN 41:2019/BGTVT on Road Signs regulating the use of signs Watch out for the pulled over car ahead and indicate this sign as follows:

C.47 License plate W.247 "Watch out for the pulled over car ahead"

a) To warn that there are cars, tractors, trailers or semi-trailers pulled by cars or tractors, or special-use motorbikes parked occupying part of the driveway, placed on the surface of the road sign number W.247 "Watch out for the pulled over car ahead", the sign is placed 5 m from the front and rear vehicles (in the direction of travel);

b) For one-way roads, only place one sign behind the parked vehicle (or convoy).

c) For a convoy consisting of many vehicles parked together, this sign should only be placed in front of the first vehicle and behind the last vehicle of the convoy on a two-lane road.

d) Signs placed directly on the road surface.

According to regulations Appendix C Meaning - Use of dangerous and warning signs issued together with National Technical Regulation QCVN 41:2019/BGTVT on Road Signs regulates the use of Countdown beacon of the distance to a railroad crossing ahead and indicates this sign as follows:

To warn of an approaching intersection between a road and a railway at the same level, not perpendicular and without a guard or barrier, place the number plate W.243 "Countdown beacon of the distance to a railroad crossing ahead". The sign is placed below license plate W.211 "Intersection with railway without barrier". Signs of railway crossings that are not perpendicular to the road include 3 signs: license plate W.243a placed 50 m away from the nearest rail where the railway intersects, license plate W.243b and license plate W.243c placed 50 meters away from the rails. The nearest railway intersection is 100 m and 150 m.
