Point d Clause 4 Article 5 Decree 100/2019/ND-CP stipulates that the act of stopping or parking an automobile on a curved road segment is a violation (non-compliant) and will be penalized according to the provisions of Point d Clause 4 of this Article.

Thus, if the driver stops the automobile on a curved road segment causing a traffic accident, they will be fined from 10,000,000 VND to 12,000,000 VND. In addition, they will have their driving license suspended for a period ranging from 02 months to 04 months (Point c Clause 11 of this Article).
