Pursuant to Article 11 of the Decree 75/2018/NĐ-CP stipulating uniform of the guard force on trains in Vietnam as follows:

1. The uniform of the ship's security forces consists of uniform male and female uniforms in accordance with regulations, including: shirt (spring - summer, autumn - winter), pants, hat, tie, belt , and other clothing (gloves, socks, shoes, raincoats).

2. Spring-summer shirt: Short-sleeved shirt with cuffs on the sleeves, standing collar, two chest pockets with splints, shoulder straps with two straps to set the brand, gray fabric.

3. Autumn - winter shirt:

a) Dark blue veston, with two layers of fabric, 04 pockets with flaps, V-shaped collar lapels, splints, shoulders with 02 straps to fasten the brand, 04 buttons, plastic buttons, the same color as buttons. shirt color;

b) Long-sleeve shirt with stand collar with two chest pockets with splints, shoulder straps with two straps to fasten the brand, gray fabric;

c) Dark blue vest, worn under a vest.

4. Casual pants, dark blue fabric, long tube, medium wide leg, with two straight pockets on both sides.

5. Kepi hat, the top and bridge of the hat are blue and black, the cap and straps of the hat are black, the border around the top of the hat and the bridge of the hat is made of a yellow felt line, the top of the cap connects to the surrounding hat bridge. with 02 yellow felt lines.

6. Blue and black tie.

7. Black leather belt, light metal buckle.

8. Black leather (or imitation leather, synthetic fiber) document briefcase with strap.

9. Black leather shoes, short neck, laces.

10. Dark blue socks.

11. Specialized raincoats, overcoats.

12. The uniform pattern of the security forces on board the ship is specified in Appendix II issued together with this Decree.

What are regulations on the insignia and emblem of the guard force on trains in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Article 12 of the Decree 75/2018/NĐ-CP stipulating the insignia and emblem of the guard force on trains in Vietnam as follows:

1. Emblem: a circle with an inner circle diameter equal to 2/3 of the outer circle diameter, a bright red background with a yellow floating five-pointed yellow star, below the star is the line “BẢO VỆ TRÊN TÀU” (guard force on trains) is yellow, and next to the red background is a dark green background surrounded by two yellow rice flowers. Below the line of words “BẢO VỆ TRÊN TÀU” (guard force on trains) is a yellow wheel shape, in the middle of the wheel is the word "VNR" in black (short for Vietnam Railways).

The emblem of the guard force on trains is mounted on the helmet, on the insignia on the sleeve of a shirt, on a vest and on the insignia worn on the lapel of a shirt:

a) The badge is mounted on a round metal helmet with an outer diameter of 35 mm, worn in the center in front of the bridge above the cap with a white metal double twig in a single block 54 mm high, 64 mm wide;

b) The insignia on the badge attached to the sleeve of a shirt or vest made of embroidered thread with an outer diameter of 35 mm;

c) Insignia attached to the badge worn on the collar of a shirt made of metal with an outer diameter of 18 mm.

2. Insignia of guards on board include badges mounted on the sleeves of shirts, vests and on the lapels of shirts:

a) The badge is attached to the left sleeve of the vest and shirt, from 80 mm to 100 mm from the shoulder, with a shield shape, the width at the widest part is 80 mm, the height at the highest part is 100 mm, made of blue cloth, the middle of the shield is embroidered with the star of the guard on the ship, the two sides are a long yellow rice flower, around the shield shape with a yellow border, the upper part has yellow letters 05 mm high with the name railway transport enterprises directly manage security forces on trains;

b) Insignia worn on the lapel of the shirt collar: A parallelogram with sides 55 mm x 35 mm on a blue-black background with a star guard on board.

3. Single white metal twig worn on the lapel of the veston collar.

4. The model of the insignia, insignia and single branch of the security force on board the train is specified in Appendix III to this Decree.

What are regulations on shoulder marks of the guard force on trains in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Article 13 of the Decree 75/2018/NĐ-CP stipulating shoulder marks of the guard force on trains in Vietnam as follows:

1. The insignia of the ship's security force is provided to those directly engaged in security work on the ship and worn on two shoulder straps to distinguish the positions of officers and employees of the guard force on trains.

The positions of officers and security guards on the train include: Security guard, Chief of security, Vice captain of security, Captain of security.

2. The brand is made of fabric, black and blue with the size of 120 mm long, 50 mm wide outside, 40 mm wide inside, 18 mm sharp tip angle, around the yellow felt border, sizes and colors as after:

a) The badge of the Guard Captain: has two horizontal lines 10 mm wide of yellow felt, the distance between the lines is 07 mm, in the middle there are 02 five-pointed yellow stars with the diameter of the star's circumcircle of 15 mm;

b) The insignia of the deputy guard: there are two horizontal lines 10 mm wide of yellow felt, the distance between the lines is 07 mm, in the middle there is a five-pointed yellow star with the diameter of the star's circumcircle of 15 mm;

c) The insignia of the Chief of Security: there is a horizontal line 10 mm wide of yellow felt, in the middle there is a five-pointed golden star with the diameter of the star's circumcircle of 15 mm;

d) Security guard's badge: There are two V-shaped lines 10mm wide with yellow felt; one line is 07 mm from the other.

3. The model for the insignia of the guard force on board the train is specified in Appendix IV issued with this Decree.
