- Exploiting one's position, authority, or profession or that of another to violate the law on road traffic order and safety or interfering with the handling process of such violations.
- Using the rights of priority vehicles when not on duty as per legal regulations; installing or using noncompliant priority signal equipment.
- Not declaring, making false declarations, or providing false information or documents to evade responsibility when found violating the law on road traffic order and safety.
- Fleeing after causing a road traffic accident to avoid responsibility; deliberately not assisting victims of road traffic accidents when conditions allow.
- Infringing on the life, health, or property of the victims, the perpetrators of road accidents, or those assisting, rescuing, taking victims for emergency aid.
- Exploiting road traffic accidents to assault, threaten, incite, exert pressure, disrupt, or obstruct the handling of road traffic accidents.
