Based on Article 3 of Circular 11/2017/TT-BGTVT, the general principles on the dress code for cadres, civil servants, and employees of the Vietnam Civil Aviation Authority are as follows:
1. Cadres, civil servants, and employees of the Vietnam Civil Aviation Authority are entitled to receive uniforms according to the regulations and frequency of issuance specified in this Circular.
2. Cadres, civil servants, and employees of the Vietnam Civil Aviation Authority are responsible for keeping and maintaining the uniforms issued to them. In the event that a uniform is lost or damaged, they must immediately report to the head of the unit in writing for consideration and additional issuance.
3. Cadres, civil servants, and employees of the Vietnam Civil Aviation Authority who have resigned, transferred to another position, or been disciplined by dismissal must return all uniforms that have been issued to them.
4. Cadres, civil servants, and employees of the Vietnam Civil Aviation Authority shall use uniforms when performing official duties; they shall not use uniforms that have been issued incorrectly.

Based on Article 4 of Circular 11/2017/TT-BGTVT, the general regulations on the dress code for cadres, civil servants, and employees of the Vietnam Civil Aviation Authority are as follows:
1. The dress code for cadres, civil servants, and employees of the Vietnam Civil Aviation Authority (hereinafter referred to as "uniform"), includes: Shirt, Suit, Trousers, Skirt, Necktie, Shoes, Socks, Belt
2. Color of uniform
a) Shirt: white
b) Trousers, skirt, suit, necktie, socks: dark blue
c) Leather shoes, leather belt: black
What are detailed regulations on the dress code for cadres, civil servants, and employees of the Vietnam Civil Aviation Authority?
Based on Article 5 of Circular 11/2017/TT-BGTVT, the detailed regulations on the dress code for cadres, civil servants, and employees of the Vietnam Civil Aviation Authority are as follows:
1. Men's uniform
a) Suit: lined, two-button closure, two flap pockets (pocket flaps 4.5 cm high), four buttons on the sleeve, two back vents, one breast pocket on the left, with a hook on the left chest to attach the civil servant's badge;
b) Trousers: standing leg, two side pockets on a diagonal, one pleat, one back pocket with a button closure, hidden button, with a waistband, 4 cm in the back;
c) Long-sleeved shirt: standing collar, one button on the sleeve, one breast pocket on the left, two back pleats 1 cm deep;
d) Short-sleeved shirt: standing collar, one breast pocket on the left, sleeve length 3 cm from the elbow, two back pleats 1 cm deep;
dd) Belt: leather, 38 mm wide, white metal buckle;
e) Shoes: black, short collar, closed toe, not too pointed, with laces.
2. Women's uniform
a) Suit: lined, two-button closure, two flap pockets (pocket flaps 3 cm high), three buttons on the sleeve, no side vents, with a hook on the left chest to attach the civil servant's badge;
b) Trousers: standing leg, two side pockets on a horizontal level, hidden, with a waistband, 3 cm in the back;
c) Skirt: skirt length to the knee or just below the knee, lined, two side pockets, hidden, with a waistband, 3 cm in the back;
d) Long-sleeved shirt: standing collar, one button on the sleeve, with ribbing on the chest;
dd) Short-sleeved shirt: standing collar, cuffed sleeves, sleeve length 2 cm from the elbow;
e) Belt: leather, dark blue, 28 mm wide, white metal buckle;
g) Shoes: black, square heel 50 mm high, closed toe, not too pointed, with or without laces.
3. Accessories for men and women
a) Necktie: dark blue; 60 mm wide; logo of the Vietnam Civil Aviation Authority; woven with the words "Civil Aviation Authority of Viet Nam - CAAV" diagonally;
b) Socks: made of woven fabric, dark blue.
4. The model of the uniform is specified in the Appendix attached to this Circular.
