2. When driving a vehicle, the driver must carry the following documents:

d) Civil liability insurance certificate for motor vehicle owners.

What are the categories of driver licenses with unlimited validity in Vietnam?
Based on Article 59 of the 2008 Road Traffic Law, the driver license is regulated as follows:

- Based on the type, engine capacity, load capacity, and utility of motor vehicles, driver licenses are classified into driver licenses with unlimited validity and driver licenses with limited validity.
2. Driver licenses with unlimited validity include the following categories:
a) Category A1 is issued to drivers of two-wheeled motorcycles with an engine capacity from 50 cm3 to under 175 cm3;
b) Category A2 is issued to drivers of two-wheeled motorcycles with an engine capacity of 175 cm3 or more and the types of vehicles prescribed for Category A1 licenses;
c) Category A3 is issued to drivers of three-wheeled motorcycles, the types of vehicles prescribed for Category A1 licenses, and similar vehicles.
- Disabled persons driving three-wheeled motorcycles for the disabled are issued a Category A1 driver license.

According to Clause 1, Article 60 of the 2008 Road Traffic Law, the age of drivers is regulated as follows:

a) Persons aged 16 years and older are allowed to drive motorcycles with an engine capacity under 50 cm3;
b) Persons aged 18 years and older are allowed to drive two-wheeled motorcycles, three-wheeled motorcycles with an engine capacity from 50 cm3 and above, and vehicles with similar structures; light trucks, tractors with a load capacity under 3,500 kg; cars carrying up to 9 seats;
c) Persons aged 21 years and older are allowed to drive trucks, tractors with a load capacity of 3,500 kg and above; drivers of Category B2 vehicles towing trailers (FB2);
d) Persons aged 24 years and older are allowed to drive cars carrying between 10 and 30 seats; drivers of Category C vehicles towing trailers, semi-trailers (FC);
dd) Persons aged 27 years and older are allowed to drive cars carrying more than 30 seats; drivers of Category D vehicles towing trailers (FD);
e) The maximum age for drivers of cars carrying more than 30 seats is 50 years for females and 55 years for males.
